About Group Seating

Sit With Your Friends

At Dinner

Every person with a ticket or redeemed Guest Voucher is assigned to a specific table in the prom ballroom. It is important to note, however, that hosts and guests are not automatically seated together.

Group Seating

Group Seating allows students to organize themselves in groups to be seated together. Every student must be confirmed to a Group Seating by , even if they are attending solo.

Group Seating Host

The person who requests or purchases the Group Seating is the Group Host. Only 1 person from each group is the Host.

We suggest you talk to your friends and decide who will be the Group Host before requesting or purchasing a Group Seating. Not everyone will be a Group Host, and only Group Hosts need to request or purchase a Group Seating.

Group Seating Options

Group Seating Hosts may choose from these options.

  • Mini Group Seating (1-3 people) Free
  • Small Group Seating (4-6 people) $30
  • Large Group Seating (7-12 people) $60
  • Small and Large Group Seatings may be purchased when ticket sales open on until

Groups of 4 or more will only be seated together if they purchase a Group Seating option.

How to Accept a Group Seating Invitation

Everyone must be assigned to a Group Seating by . Most people will accomplish this by simply accepting an invitation from a Group Host. When the Group Host sends an invitation, it will show up on your Family Dashboard. Simply click on it to accept or decline the Group Seating Invitation.

If, after accepting an invitation, you want to move to a different group, you must decline the first invitation in order to be able to receive another. The Group Host may also remove you from the Group Seating Roster, freeing you to accept another Group Seating Invitation.
